Urbane Security and Dubsec Labs Merge together under Urbane Security name

Urbane Security LLC., a Female-owned boutique information security and regulatory compliance firm, announced today that it has completed a merger with dubsec Labs LLC, a Chicago based firm focused on in- depth technical information security testing, defense, and research. The new Urbane Security will provide a more diverse and complete set of advanced information security solutions while driving cutting edge research and development.

With the addition of dubsec labs’ resources and experience, the new Urbane Security will continue to focus on providing a higher class of custom tailored information security services and proven solutions. Dubsec Labs will compliment these service offerings while focusing on internal and external research and development projects.

Clients previously serviced by dubsec labs will continue to be serviced by existing resources and begin transitioning to the new Urbane Security in April of 2013. Urbane Security clients will continue to be serviced by Urbane Security and currently assigned resources.
